The account was bleeding money. Months of spend and just eight conversions to show for it. That works out to £404 to acquire a single customer in a market where that number should sit well under £100.
The structure told the whole story. Broad match keywords pulling irrelevant traffic. No negative keyword list. Bid strategies set to maximise clicks rather than conversions. Ad groups untouched since launch. We stripped it down and rebuilt it from scratch.
New campaign structure. Proper bid strategy targets. A negative keyword framework built from three months of search term data. Conversion tracking that actually worked. In the next period, the same account delivered 102 conversions at £73.72 each. Same product. Same market. Same budget. Just a properly built account.

Numbers like these do not happen by accident. They come from tight match type discipline, a clean negative keyword list that gets maintained every week, bid strategy decisions made on actual conversion data rather than gut feel, and ad copy that gets tested and iterated rather than set and forgotten.
The brief came in on a Tuesday. Haute Dolci needed a page that could take paid traffic, sell the Rose Room experience, and push people through to a booking. No web team. No agency. Just the brief, a blank Netlify project, and a clear idea of what good looks like.
The copy was written from scratch. The conversion flow was structured around what actually moves people: a clear price, concrete inclusions, social proof that feels real rather than manufactured, and a single action to take. The Meta Pixel was installed with custom Lead events firing on every CTA click so the campaigns could optimise on actual intent signals rather than page views.
The page was live within 48 hours. It ran live paid traffic and is still active today.
The brief was simple. Sell supplements. The market was Nigeria and Ghana, two markets with high Facebook usage and an audience that responds to direct, benefit-led messaging when it is done properly.
We started with a small test budget. Five ad sets. Three creatives. Week one told us enough. One creative was pulling well above the others. We cut everything that was not working, doubled down on what was, and expanded the audiences carefully as the data came in.
By the end of the campaign window, the account had spent N562,000 and brought back N5.7 million in tracked website purchases. A 10X return. Not a projection. Actual revenue from actual orders. This campaign then scaled to generate over £2M in total revenue within 12 months.
BusyQA was a tech training company in Ontario trying to grow in a market dominated by much larger players. The goal was to punch above their weight through smart content, targeted campaigns, and organic search.
We built a LinkedIn content strategy that grew their page into the top 8 among direct competitors within six months with zero paid promotion on that channel. The organic blog strategy drove 7,000 visits in three months and secured Page 1 Google rankings for the commercial keywords that actually mattered for their business.
The LEAP campaign ran for 60 days targeting Black tech candidates aged 18 to 35 across Ontario and generated over 2,000 qualified leads. 500% engagement growth on LinkedIn over the same period.

AI-generated video ads, image creatives, and short-form video content for paid social. The Haute Dolci AI video creative outperformed standard video in a direct head-to-head Meta campaign test. Also competent in video editing and producing campaign-ready assets in Canva without outsourcing.

GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Enhanced Conversions set up from scratch. Consent Mode v2 and GDPR-compliant tracking for UK clients. When tracking is broken, conversions are invisible and the algorithm cannot optimise. Getting this right is not optional.
